1. Acceptance of Terms

My Meme Sound grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our soundboard platform, play audio clips, share embed codes, and download MP3 files for personal and entertainment use.

2. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

When using My Meme Sound, you explicitly agree NOT to:

Upload or transmit audio files that contain illegal, hateful, violent, explicit, harassing, or defamatory material.
Upload copyrighted music or audio tracks without proper permission or authorization.
Use automated web crawlers, bots, or scrapers to overload our server infrastructure.
Attempt to bypass ad-serving scripts or tamper with Google AdSense code implementation.

3. User-Generated Content & Audio Submissions

By submitting or uploading sound clips to My Meme Sound, you represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to publish the content, and grant My Meme Sound a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the audio file.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Meme Sound, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the site or downloaded MP3 audio files.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
